Multi-factor authentication for first-time login or MFA code reset

When logging in for the first time or after your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code is reset by an administrator, you will see a QR code on the login page after authenticating with your credentials.

Open a TOTP app (For example, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) on your device.

Note: TOTP apps can be installed on your mobile, work machine, or as a browser extension. Check your organization’s policy for installation guidelines.
Scan the QR code or enter the secret key displayed on the login page using the TOTP app.
Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app into the MFA OTP field.
Click Sign In to complete the authentication process.

IMPORTANT: If you do not complete the MFA process, a new QR code will be presented every time you attempt to log in.

Multi-factor authentication for subsequent logins

For all subsequent logins, follow these steps:

Open the TOTP app configured during your first login.
Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app into the MFA code field.
Click Sign In to access the application.

Note:If you need to set up MFA on a new device, you may need to reset the MFA code. Contact the RCDP support team for assistance.
